I enjoy reading a very broad spectrum of different genres and love to try out new styles and ideas often so please feel free to be as creative and self-indulgent as you like. I will genuinely enjoy anything. G rating to E, fluff, angst, smut, slice of life, AU...there is very little I don't like. I enjoy slice of life just as much as something plot heavy, and I enjoy a heart wrenching sad story as much as a happy, feel good piece. I'm also extraordinarily open to smut. It's about all I write, so if you are nervous to gift that to me please don't be!
I enjoy background pairings, mentions of past relationships, friendships mixed in with romances, and even how canon character deaths/tragedies can play into the narrative. If you're the sort of writer who enjoys lore or world details I super enjoy that too!

I love Akira Kurusu. I love his strong and silent demeanor, his innocent face, and his cute, effortless sense of style. I love his sexy alter ego. There is nothing more fun than a leather clad vigilante with clever smirks, weapon twirling, and amazing acrobatics. He has a spine of steel to deal with all of the injustices heaped on him and the unending patience to deal with them all gracefully. On top of it all, he has a heart of gold. No injustice is too small. He will fight someone hurting cats as much as he would save the entirety of Japan. I love everything about him. And because the entire idea behind him as a character is a study in opposites, it means he works well with so many characters. He offers something to each relationship that it might need to flourish. And given different parts of the cast either adore or vilify him, it also means he is perfect for different flavors of relationship everywhere on the love/hate scale. Plus, he exists in a world full of strange creatures and personas that could lead to interesting bonds and sexy encounters if you are interested in that sort of thing!
(One small request: I know the protag goes by several names, but I would be very grateful to have him written as Akira Kurusu.)

As mentioned above in the entry for the default male Akira Kurusu I also love a genderswapped Akira, especially an 'always a girl' scenario. I still love all of the same facets of their character from the silent demeanor, innocent face, sense of style, and the absolutely scorching hot, leather clad alter ego that is a force to be reckoned with.
What I enjoy most is that Akira (despite many lines in the game daring to say he looks boring) seems to be fully aware of his own sex appeal when he is Joker. I feel that same self-awareness would absolutely be the same for a female Akira, but I love the idea of that sexuality being wielded like a weapon in her hands given her world was likely a slightly different experience. And I'm also just a huge sucker for a powerful woman, no matter how innocently they project themselves to the world.
That being said, I feel the same dynamics brought on by their dual nature would mean that she would likewise be wonderful with a variety of different partners. And even the personas and shadows.
(One small request: I know the protag goes by several names, but I would be very grateful to have him written as Akira Kurusu.)

Shiho was a character that I fell in love with as soon as she was introduced. Her softly withdrawn personality, thick, pretty ponytail, and more athletic style just made her feel very interesting. Learning about her story and part in the plot broke my heart, and every detail I've learned about her since has piqued my interest from the fact that she became friends with Ann by insulting her drawing to the fact that she's one of the only students who shows actual care and concern over the protagonist. Shiho cares because she needs care.
It truly feels like she was once a vibrant person and is extremely strong. She loves volleyball so much that she was willing to put up with Kamoshida even as he was breaking her apart. She faced him every day, shouldered that burden silently, and when she couldn't do it anymore she took matters into her own hands. And after all of that strength she poured yet more into physical therapy and healing. I love this woman so very much, and I think she would be a fantastically down-to-earth and exceedingly thoughtful partner for anyone and everyone! Plus, I bet once she's comfortable she would be fun and passionate and up to any challenge.

I tend to fall helplessly in love with charming side characters who present interesting stories or personalities that inevitably never get the screen time they deserve. Felix is absolutely that for me. I fell in love with this selfless and optimistic character. He ticks so many boxes for me: Tevinter against the status quo, born to privilege but maintains kindness, frail in body while strong at heart, likely feels like a disappointment to his father, talented in something he's passionate about, and wise beyond his years. I constantly wish for a world where Felix survives and is a companion around the castle that I can constantly bug and irritate for more dialogue or just hear them having conversations in the background. (Also, can we talk about how pretty his tired eyes are? And how gorgeous his voice is?)
For this character in particular, I would happily welcome scenarios where his canon death does not happen. It leaves a very tiny window for romance, and I would be thrilled to at least have that window widened if not thrown into full on fix-it fic territory. He deserves happiness.
As mentioned in Akira above, this world is also full of delightful demons and spirits. If it is something you like, I would absolutely be open to encounters with different demons as well. (Like despair or envy or lust would be particularly fitting.)

As with Felix, I fall for those interesting side characters! Frederic is so fucking charming it kills me. Every time I am replaying the game and get to the Western Approach I am giddy to go find him again and listen to his nerdy dialogue. He is so passionate and full of childlike glee over dragons! And who can blame him! I LOVE dragons too! He is living the dream. And that his codex entry paints him as this absolutely brilliant man who also seems to forget to check his clothes or comb his hair makes him all the more wonderful to me. I would love to see anyone in the cast see him as I do, appreciating what a passionate man he is because in a dark story like Inquisition, I think anyone and everyone could use a breath of that wild enthusiasm and adorable absentmindedness. Especially in a miserably hot desert.
Same as with Felix if you like demons and spirits I think it would suit him well! Lots of isolation and plenty of exuberant emotions from Frederic. Spirit of knowledge? Demon of loneliness?

I realize that Carver is a bit of an acquired taste, but I have most definitely acquired that taste. I tend to enjoy characters that push themselves relentlessly towards being appreciated or acknowledge by people in their lives to the point it actually makes them a more flawed person. I adore the way that Carver has internalized his bitterness towards his older sibling to the point of being awful towards them 90% of the time. I adore the way he both seems to hate magic, but even while mistrusting it he works hard to protect those that it has touched in his life. He is one of the most fiercely protective characters I've ever seen, and also quietly selfless. Carver would give the shirt off his back to someone as long as he has deemed them worthy. On top of his exceptional heart, I also just love all the bits and pieces of him. I love his crankiness and how he spits bile at anyone around him whether they deserve it or not. I love his ridiculously massive shoulders, his bright blue eyes, his youth, his impulsiveness, and his absolute pride. For all that he talks big, he's very innocent and naive and sweet. And all of this without addressing the huge amount of loss in his life that colors how he views the world, family, sacrifice, and his priorities.
He would be great in his main storyline in DAII, but I am definitely a sucker for seeing him kicking around Inquisition however you'd like to see him.

Jimmy is a bisexual disaster of a boy, and I love him so much. The common theme of my letter is that I find him so charming. He's cranky and confident and loud and flirtatious. Everything he does he pours his whole self into and fuck you if you don't like it. He's wonderful. I am here for characters that bravely (and stupidly) jump headfirst into things bigger than them, and I like Jimmy even more because he's not even necessarily doing it to help other people so much as just for his own satisfaction. I think he'd be a fun, whirlwind of a person to be in a relationship with, and he's so charming and flirty in all of his romantic moments. His interactions with all of the different characters are all unique and fun.

Gord was practically tailor made for me. I have such a thing for prince/princessy characters. Self-centered, materialistic, charming as fuck, and fully aware of the power they hold. Gord, even at the young age we meet him in the game, is fully aware of who he is. He knows that he deserves power, wealth, nice things, and all the romantic partners he could ever want. He knows his value, and takes what he desires.
And what he wants, funnily enough, is a partner that is below his social standing. His absolute obsession with dating down cracks me up. He obviously is so bored in his gilded cage, eager to go on adventures and break free from the rules and restrictions of his social standing.
I also love that he is a hard worker. Despite his rather fanciful approach to his love life, he approaches everything else with a seriousness that I appreciate. He wants to be a lawyer and therefor knows he'll have to work hard in college instead of just living off of a trust fund his entire life. He puts effort into his appearance given the way he talks about it. He seems down-to-earth enough to know that not everything in life will be given to him and he's more than willing to work for it.
Because he has such a fun, multi-facted personality, I think he'd be so wonderful with basically anyone in the cast. He'd bring humor, romance, charm, and even pragmatism to so many different relationships and I'd be so delighted to read any of them.

Hilda Valentine Goneril

Hilda is my girl! I remember thinking while I was watching my wife play that I wouldn't like her, but then I did my run through GD, and it was like seeing the light. She is so wonderful! I am such a sucker for a princess character who is genuinely kind underneath the demanding nature. I love that she embraces her femininity so fully while also being one of the most badass axe wielders in the game. She carried my team more often than I care to admit. I love her manipulation and her laziness, just as much as I love the way she painstakingly builds up everyone around her (for selfish reasons or no!). She is such a positive character for any relationship so long as they can deal with being conned a bit lol. I would adore seeing any of the characters and the dynamic they might bring in to the relationship. In what ways, each of them might grow.

He's so fucking earnest and he cares so deeply, and he's doing his best everyday. He probably hears and sees so much of what is going on. He probably knows these characters better than they know each other. I can see him having a crush on just about everybody, and if anyone returned his affections he'd be an utter mess. And he deserves it! It must be incredibly hard to have a duty that you believe in, but always stuck being left behind while the others risk their lives. For someone with such a big heart that must be difficult every time!

Gord was practically tailor made for me. I have such a thing for prince/princessy characters. Self-centered, materialistic, charming as fuck, and fully aware of the power they hold. Gord, even at the young age we meet him in the game, is fully aware of who he is. He knows that he deserves power, wealth, nice things, and all the romantic partners he could ever want. He knows his value, and takes what he desires.
And what he wants, funnily enough, is a partner that is below his social standing. His absolute obsession with dating down cracks me up. He obviously is so bored in his gilded cage, eager to go on adventures and break free from the rules and restrictions of his social standing.
I also love that he is a hard worker. Despite his rather fanciful approach to his love life, he approaches everything else with a seriousness that I appreciate. He wants to be a lawyer and therefor knows he'll have to work hard in college instead of just living off of a trust fund his entire life. He puts effort into his appearance given the way he talks about it. He seems down-to-earth enough to know that not everything in life will be given to him and he's more than willing to work for it.
Because he has such a fun, multi-facted personality, I think he'd be so wonderful with basically anyone in the cast. He'd bring humor, romance, charm, and even pragmatism to so many different relationships and I'd be so delighted to read any of them.

Hilda is my girl! I remember thinking while I was watching my wife play that I wouldn't like her, but then I did my run through GD, and it was like seeing the light. She is so wonderful! I am such a sucker for a princess character who is genuinely kind underneath the demanding nature. I love that she embraces her femininity so fully while also being one of the most badass axe wielders in the game. She carried my team more often than I care to admit. I love her manipulation and her laziness, just as much as I love the way she painstakingly builds up everyone around her (for selfish reasons or no!). She is such a positive character for any relationship so long as they can deal with being conned a bit lol. I would adore seeing any of the characters and the dynamic they might bring in to the relationship. In what ways, each of them might grow.

The Gatekeeper

I continue the trend with infuriatingly unromanceable side characters. This time, without even a name! Gatekeeper is the most adorable character in the whole game. He's so fucking earnest and he cares so deeply, and he's doing his best everyday. He probably hears and sees so much of what is going on. He probably knows these characters better than they know each other. I can see him having a crush on just about everybody, and if anyone returned his affections he'd be an utter mess. And he deserves it! It must be incredibly hard to have a duty that you believe in, but always stuck being left behind while the others risk their lives. For someone with such a big heart that must be difficult every time!
